PRECISION EXTRUSION

 

Coextrusion is frequently connected with the simultaneous extrusion of multiple (two or more) layers of material to generate a multilayered medical tube. Extrusion of a radiopaque polymer stripe along the wall, intermittent extrusion of separate polymers throughout the length, and two or more materials are extruded into a single tube structure are examples of coextrusion.  

OD range: 0.2-3.0mm
Tolerance range: ±0.02mm
Typical materials: PA, PU, PVC, PE, TPE, PP, PEBAX, Nylon
Main applications: Peripheral intervention
